Airline and Shuttle

  • Groome Transportation operates on a regular schedule between Fort Collins and Denver International Airport.  Groome Transportation offers CSU Faculty and Staff a $5 discount off each reservation that is booked over the phone. Book a reservation by calling (970) 226-5533 with code CSUEMP. 

    You may also book reservations through the Groome Transportation main website. They are currently offering a $5 discount for booking online.

  • United Airlines is now offering university employees varying discounts (up to 10%) for personal travel through their ‘Take a Break from Business’ program.  To take advantage of the discounts in this program, you will need to register using your @colostate.edu email.   Reservations do need to be booked on united.com and logged through your MileagePlus account.  These links can also be found on CSU’s Travel website.

How to Use the Discount

ParkON

ParkON is a premier airport parking reservation provider for major airport areas across the U.S. They have partnered with over 200 airport parking lots to bring you the best deals on airport parking. To save up to 20% off daily airport parking rates, use promo code COLOSTATE. The offer is good for any parking lot partner listed on their website at all airport areas. Wally Park

CSU has an agreement with WallyPark to provide parking at Denver International Airport for CSU and its employees. The discount is available for both official CSU travel and personal travel. The discount is:

How to Use the Discount

  • You can receive the discount by creating an account with your employee email address and create a password by visiting the reservation page . Then after logging in, book your reservation and the discount will show up. Please note that reservations can be canceled up to one minute before your reservation begins to receive a fully automatic refund.
  • If you haven’t booked in advance, you can still receive the Colorado State rate. Drive-up guests require an CSU business card, pay stub or Employee ID.
