Alternative Transportation Around the Horn

CSU’s on-campus shuttle, Around the Horn, helps visitors, students, faculty and staff get across the university’s nearly square-mile campus more conveniently and quickly. Around the Horn services are free to employees, students and visitors, thanks to generous contributions by the Division of Operations and ASCSU.

Around the Horn will provide rides to 14 stops at locations across campus identified by input from students and employees. During summer months, including the first week of service, the shuttle will run every 30 minutes. During the academic year, starting August 25, the shuttle will run every 10 minutes. The shuttle route is a loop from the southeast side of campus, to and around most of the Oval, across to the Lory Student Center, and down to Moby Arena.

The shuttle system is a partnership with the City of Fort Collins’ Transfort service. As part of the same funding package from the university, Transfort also is beginning service to the university’s Foothills campus, Veterinary Teaching Hospital and additional routes down Elizabeth Street.
