The Employee Assistance Program at CSU is offers an exciting benefit called FamilySource to help employees work out some of the more complex and time-consuming issues in their lives.

FamilySource is a no-cost addition to ComPsych’s GuidanceResources, an employee benefit program that also provides counseling, financial planning services, and legal advice, as well as a comprehensive website to provide guidance and resources on topics ranging from parenting a teenager to planning for emergencies.

When you call ComPsych’s GuidanceResources, a consultant will talk to you about your specific situation and connect you to a resource specialist who will begin to research alternative solutions to your questions. Within a few business days, you’ll have a full report of practical information and affordable alternatives that can be delivered to you via e-mail, fax or second-day air.
